I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the plus side, the staff was really friendly and accommodating, even changing our room to a nicer standard type. However, the location wasn't ideal due to noise from the trams and a somewhat gritty neighborhood atmosphere. The dining options also left something to be desired, especially the coffee, which was barely adequate. Overall, it had some nice features, but I think there's room for improvement.
